How Do You Play 2 Player on Disney Infinity Wii

Do you play Disney Infinity? Are you over 30?

Being in this community is amazing. There are a ton of die-hard Disney/Marvel/Star Wars fans playing a game that was originally designed for Children. Turns out, the demographic is widely adults (especially in the online community). Content has continued to play nicely for children but also give something special to adults and well-seasoned gamers. What are your thoughts on Disney Infinity after 30?

i am 37 and i play infinity all the time. My wife makes fun of my xmas list. There are a bazillion Infinity figures with a dash of Skylanders figures. I am also getting Lego Dimensions. I may be getting more toys than my kids. Do I get a little embarrassed sometimes?...I am not going to lie, around some of the family who do all "manly" stuff like fishing, hunting, and car repair. I get weird looks from them, but I am who I am and I like what I like. If people don't like it they can go to hell.

Hey don't feel embarrassed ever. People are just people. Im in my late 20s. I live in the country and love hunting and fishing more than anything. I can skin, gut, and butcher most animals. Number one thing on my Christmas list this year? Aladdin, Hulkbuster, and Barbossa.

I agree, nothing to be embarrassed over. I'm 24, but I still get people who come over and make fun of the amount of figures above my TV – every figure since launch. I sit them down to play and instantly they change their tune. Suddenly grown men ask if they can play Jasmine. I'm proud of my collection and I think this is an awesome fandom to be involved in!

I'm 29 and play it - and even have a youtube channel!

It's pretty crazy but I really think this game is just pure FUN. Something that gets lost in today's gaming climate imo.

I'm assuming that being on reddit probably skews the demographics older, but this is a very enjoyable game for adults. Possibly even moreso since the mechanics can are generally simpler than the hardcore games that those blasted kids are into these days. Not to mention, a lot of 30+ people grew up during some of the heights of Disney.

Jeez, I'm 28, and I'm actually the youngest person to post in this thread yet.

Frankly, I think it's naive of Disney to design and market this game to kids when most of the content from the games is stuff that just oozes nostalgia for people in the 20-50 demographic.

I agree. And I think doing the original Star Wars trilogy is the beginning of content geared towards an older generation. I think we're reaching development cycles that have enough data to propose content purely geared towards older generations.

I'm 27. So I don't fit, but yeah. Even after I'm 30, don't see that changing. Love games that simulate my inner child. In fact, those tend to be my favorite games.

33 but I have a 9 year old girl and a 3 year old boy, Infinity has been come our little family hobby. My daughters birthday is actually today, and with Xmas coming she literally said to me "I need them allllllllllll"

My wife is 42, and totally addicted. The funny thing is, she usually doesn't play games- she prefers to watch me play them, instead. But she's loving Infinity.

Just purchased 3.0 on sale on Black Friday and the addiction has hit HARD. The game is great, the idea of Aladdin riding a bantha in the toybox is too good to pass up.

I love it. I'm a fan for as long as they keep making figures.

33yrs old, having great fun with it, i was alittle bit unsure at first but then i saw adults having fun with the Lego games (not dimensions), so i tried the lego Star Wars games and realized what i had been missing was not childish stuff, but fun, so then i thought why not and ordered a 2.0 starter set and went from there

i'm 42, play at least a little most days. I find it helps me unwind after a long day at work. Hey, I just realized that I also have 42 figures... my birthday is later this month, what should I get next....hmm.
